The Basic plan includes 500 minutes per month. Unused minutes roll over on renewal, so the time you already paid for isn’t lost at the end of a billing cycle — it accumulates into your balance for the months ahead.
Rollover, in plain terms
Each renewal, your remaining included and topped-up minutes carry forward rather than expiring. Bulk Minutes are drawn down as you use them; your monthly included allotment is applied alongside your rolled-over and prepaid balance.
