On a free trial and want to make real test calls? Add a small prepaid balance to your Fortress Communicator account — anywhere from $10 to $100 — and put the platform through its paces before you commit.
The Trial Top-Off is a low-commitment way for trial facilities to load a small amount of prepaid calling credit onto their account. It exists so you can place genuine outbound calls, send messages, and confirm audio quality during your evaluation — without signing up for a full subscription first.
How the Trial Top-Off works
- 1Sign in to your Fortress Communicator trial account and open the Billing area.
- 2Choose Trial Top-Off and pick any amount between $10 and $100.
- 3Pay securely at checkout — the credit posts to your prepaid balance immediately.
- 4Place outbound calls and send messages during your trial; each is debited from your prepaid balance at the standard per-minute rate.
What the credit is used for
Trial Top-Off credit is a prepaid balance that covers metered usage during your evaluation — outbound Communicator minutes and messaging. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. When you convert to a paid plan, any remaining balance carries into your account.
